mimiTENS will accept defective merchandise up to 30 days after purchase. This policy is for the sewing of the product. We do not warranty the trim (embroidery and reflective decals). While we have every confidence in our products, sometimes things go unexpectedly wrong – especially when you are making something a few thousand at a time. If there is an issue with your mittens or booties, please contact us and let us know.
